Project Manager We are looking to recruit a Project Manager who has a hands-on approach to their work, the ideal candidate will be an individual who has prior knowledge and experience in the civil engineering sector, specifically regarding marine works, bridge demolitions, piling, infrastructure and dredging. About the role of Project Manager The current role would require a Project Manager to look after three projects ranging from£350k - £1M+. These projects are to be in and around the London area ranging from SW London, Essex and East London. You can spend the majority of your time at the project you are located closer to. A successful Project Manager will be required to manage the associated costs and budgets in a project, as well being a point of contact for client liaison as well other stakeholders involved. Responsibilities for Project Manager A desired Project Manager can expect to be involved with or responsible for: Managing cost, budget, client. Being involved with processes such as Estimating, Tendering.Bidding for new business. Budget control for project and over viewing quality aspects. The handover and settlement of final account with clients Ensuring best practice of works being carried out and H&S measures are met. Identifying and managing project milestones and KPI's, as well as, complying with CDM regulations Managing the integration process when involving subcontractors. This can include being involved with CPP's, WPP's, Task Briefs, Quality Assurances (ITP) Oversee supply chain and stakeholder management. Alongside oversight of the Site delivery team Develop and implement a risk and opportunity register for all projects. Requirements for Project Manager Our client will consider Project Managers who can, demonstrate the following: Proven experience managing multiple projects ranging in complexity simultaneously.
