Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Central London
Reporting to: Project Manager
Type: Full-time (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Salary: 25k-28k (DOE)
Job Overview:
We are supporting our client with their search for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator with a passion for sport to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and delivering sports marketing projects that resonate with fans and elevate their clients' brands. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with internal teams, and maintaining timelines to ensure seamless project execution. Working across Strategy, Comms, Creative and Social.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating sports marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are meton time and within budget.
Communication: Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Task Management: Track project milestones and progress, assigning tasks to team members and ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
Document Management: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, briefs, reports, and budgets.
Client Liaison: Provide regular updates to clients on project status and ensure their expectations are managed and exceeded.
Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and work with the Project Manager to proactively resolve challenges before they impact the project.
Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, account managers) to ensure projects are aligned with client objectives and agency standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within sports marketing, or an agency, or a related field.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Passion for Sport: A strong interest in and knowledge of various sports is desirable.
Organisational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Tech Savvy: Proficiencyin project management software, MS Office Suite, and cloud-based tools.
Problem-Solver: A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions quickly.
Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
Flexibility: Willingness towork outside regular hours, especially during events or deadlines.
