Role and Responsibilities: · Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, ensuring all students make progress. · Assess students' learning needs and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary. · Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey. · Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving teaching and learning outcomes. · Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.
