Job Description

Hiring: Part Time Office Manager Location: Central London Start date: ASAP - 18 month PAYE contract This will role will require office presence on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. A Global Tech Giant is seeking a personable Office Manager to provide on-site support for one of their key teams located in Central London. The successful candidate would join their successful Business Operations Team. The purpose of the role is to assist with the execution of site events, employee incentives as well as the team community. This role will primarily focus on events and facilities support for the team community. Responsibilities may also include assisting with onboard/offboard employees, purchasing support, budget expenses reviews and other relevant tasks. Responsibilities: Events management in areas including catering, location and logistics for a variety of events Responsible for team on-site support requests - try to resolve or communicate with relevant stakeholders Communicate with internal stakeholders such as IT and Facilities on support areas such as equipment, updates and facilities. Management of access requests to your designated area alongside the Security team Procurement support for supplier payment Plan and support a range of meetings where required Taking care of equipment lists and needs for your team. Support Business Operations with tasks where neededRequirements: 3 years+ experience in administrative support / events management capacity Proficient in administrative skills and functions.
