We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Managers, ideally with a background in Business Analysis (BA) or experience in the BA domain. This hybrid role requires expertise in MIFID or MIFIR regulations, as well as a strong focus on risk and control enhancements across a range of asset classes. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance risk and control measures to ensure compliance with MIFID and MIFIR regulations. - Manage end-to-end project life cycles, delivering on time and within scope while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify remediation needs and develop actionable plans. - Work independently, demonstrating the ability to drive projects without extensive oversight or hand-holding. - Adapt to varying project demands and be flexible in roles, balancing BA and PM responsibilities depending on the project phase and requirements. - Develop in-depth understanding of MIFID and MIFIR for effective project execution and support. Qualifications: - Significant experience in project management with a focus on MIFID/MIFIR regulations. - Strong background in risk and control processes. - Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in managing projects. - Comfort with a range of asset classes and an understanding of market dynamics. - Previous experience in a hybrid BA/PM role - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
