Key responsibilities: * The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the management of planned and unplanned construction development projects from tender to completion. * Provide regular updates and report directly to the Senior Project Manager. * Oversee the delivery of projects of varying sizes, costs, and timelines, ensuring successful outcomes. * The Mechanical Project Manager will be providing support to other members of the projects team (e.g. senior protect managers or project directors) Skills and Background: * The Mechanical Project Manager will have a solid background in electrical engineering, with previous experience as an M&E Project Manager handling major construction and development projects valued between£3 million and £5 million. * Proven capability to manage projects from tender stage through to completion and final handover. * The project manager must have shown the ability to work with and have an understand of managing diverse teams. * The project manager must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and provide assistance to others where necessary.
