Qualifications&Experience• Educational Background: Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized institution. • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer within the commercial building services sector in London. • Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with commercial mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. • Certifications: Relevant health and safety certifications, such as SMSTS, are advantageous. • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple priorities.
