Your Role as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer: * Inspire and Educate: Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care. * Manage and Mentor: Oversee a minimum caseload of 45 learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to succeed. * Flexibility: Enjoy remote work with in-person learner engagement in the London area. Key Responsibilities: * Guidance: Support learners in achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments. * Assessment: Regularly assess work, provide constructive feedback, and keep the E-Portfolio system (Aptem) up to date. * Support: Identify and assist learners with additional needs using the neurodiversity platform Cognassist. * Promotion and Monitoring: Ensure the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent. * Experience: Occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5. * Delivery: Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.* Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high caseloads. * Trainees: Unqualified candidates will be considered if they hold a level 5 H&SC qualification.
