IIDA delivers engagements around the world, using personnel from a range of sources: London-based employees; overseas-based contractors; and BDO Network Office employees. IIDA clients are global, and they include supranational entities suchas the United Nations and the European Commission national entities funding development projects, such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Germany’s GIZ international NGOs, private sector charitable foundations, and governments in partner countries IIDA services are often delivered to clients in partnership with other suppliers. This role involves working side by side with partners and teams: reviewing and negotiating individual clauses in client, supplier and partner contracts and client imposed terms to mitigate the firm’s exposure to risk whilst bearingin mind the commercial environment in which the team operates.
