Interim Financial Accountant 6 months£(phone number removed) Per Annum Hybrid workingAbout the client Morgan Law are seeking an interim Financial Accountant for a charity in the London area. Accountabilities Payment processing of payroll journals and non-project expenditure Perform month end procedures (bank reconciliation, debtor, and creditor ledger reconciliation, etc). perform year end procedures and produce annual financial statements and liaise with auditors Preparing the rent schedules and budget, completing the rent accruals and prepayments Ensure financial policies are adhered to and help maintain and develop new policies as required Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller Candidate Requirements Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or similar qualification (qualification by experience would not be considered) Very recent experience working for a large not for profit organisation/charity (E) Experience of assisting with year end processes (E) Experience of reviewing donor contracts and preparing subcontracts Experience of dealing with debtor, and creditor ledger reconciliations Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalCampaign Timeline Thisis an urgent post and is open until filled.
