This role will play a key role in supporting a critical organisational change initiative as the business undergoes its next transformation phase. Following the introduction of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and revised business line structure earlier in 2024. The successful candidate will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing restructuring processes and potential redundancies. Your expertise in business change and project management will be pivotal in ensuring smooth, timely execution of plans. Key Responsibilities * Project Leadership: Lead the organisational change project from planning to execution, aligning HR teams with the central tracker, milestones, and timelines. * Collaboration with HRBPs: Partner closely with HRBPs to manage stakeholder relationships, provide project support, and ensure seamless coordination of HR activities. * Restructuring Oversight: Assist in preparing critical documentation—such as letters and meeting scripts—and facilitate effective communication with external legal advisors. * Change Management: Drive both business-as-usual and restructuring processes with a hands-on approach, actively supporting the HR team through change management activities. * Compliance Assurance: Utilize your strong knowledge of employment law to guide the HR teamthrough complex restructuring scenarios, ensuring all processes remain legally compliant.
