Playing a crucial role in ensuring the continuous improvement of our health, safety, and wellbeing performance. Providing subject matter expertise and direction, helping to create a safe and supportive environment for all our colleagues. Providing practical advice and oversee the Bank's compliance with legislative requirements, while supporting complex cases. Offering sound support, advice, and guidance to the wider business. Reviewing, analysing, and presenting relevant management information (MI) data to key stakeholders. Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships with the wider HR team, Senior Management, Regulators, Trade Unions, and third-party suppliers. We need you to have Substantial experience at Advisor level, with IOSH membership and NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate or equivalent. Qualified in fire safety and risk assessment, with broad knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing legislation. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all organisational levels. Proven strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently. Proficient in IT, particularly in health and safety reporting databases and Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Pragmatic, flexible, and able to build strong relationships, influence others, and make effective decisions. It’s a bonus if youhave but not essential Experience working within the Financial Services environment. Understanding of HR functionality. A wellbeing qualification – NEBOSH wellbeing certificate or equivalent.
