Responsibilities: Lead the testing effort for a major programme Develop and implement a test strategy and approach Create detailed test plans and test cases Produce high-quality test scripts for successful delivery Manage a team of test analysts Automate test scripts to optimise efficiency Monitor test activity and identify risks Develop and monitor quality metrics Manage issues related to testing activitiesSkills: Thorough knowledge and proven experience in deploying testing tools Ability to plan and manage resources to meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience: Strong background in ERP Test Management Experience with Oracle Cloud suite (HCM, Finance, Payroll) Extensive experience managing testing in a complex organisation Experience with system integration, user acceptance, performance, and security testing Experience in functional and non-functional test analysisIf you're passionate about testing and possess the skills and experience required, then our client's team is eagerly waiting for you!
