They place all levels of candidates from junior (graduate/2nd jobbers), all the way up to director into companies like Netflix, Dr. Martens, Thames Water and more, so no day is the same!Job Description You'll join as a trainee recruitment consultant, where you'll initially focus on identifying top talent within their niche. Whilst doing so, you'll undertake a 13-week training programme, delivered by trainers and consultants alike to mould you into a widely successful recruitment consultant. Once you complete your initial training, you'll get involved in more client facing work, eventually winning and delivering for your own clients. Why them? After your first 6 months, you'll join their commission scheme, which will see you making c.£30K in year 1 and c.£45K+ in year 2. Requirements: Recent graduate, any degree can be considered. A confident communicator who can't be afraid of the phone as a big part of your role will be speaking to candidates and clients you've never spoken to before! Evidence of working hard towards a goal, can be in work, sports, academics, or life experience. Living in the Hertfordshire area or willing to relocate (must have ties to the area).
