This company are an ambitious FinTech company that has experienced great growth over the last few years. Graduates are seen as a pivotal part of their growth and because of this, you will receive exceptional training and opportunities to work towards a sales accreditation. Role - Sales Executive
This is a great role to start your career in sales. Within this role, you will be responsible for building new business relationships and converting them from a prospect to a client.
Key Responsibilities:
Building relationships with new clients
Understanding their need and pitching the services
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
This is a warm sales role so no cold calling
Salary - £27K OTE £45K.
Progression - Along with regular salary increases you will have the opportunity to progress throughout the business (The MD started as a grad within the business).
Culture - Graduate-focused environment with regular social events including Thursday drinks, shuffleboard, battle bar, football and cricket teams, charity events and more.
What You Need:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in any subject
Located in London or already having relocation plans in place
Evidence of being driven; can be shown through any work experience (hospitality, sales or customer service experience)
Desire to secure a role in sales
