They recently received significant investment and they are looking to continue hiring graduates into various roles throughout the business.Offices in both London and Birmingham - ideal start dates will be April and May.  As a graduate support analyst, you will be working to: Solve user system problems and resolve customer questions and issues  Advise users on how to get the most out of the software and systems via phone, email, and other mediums  Help customers configure the software systems and products that they need to use. This is the ideal route into a long career within technology and there are excellent prospects for promotion. Skills: Achieved a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s-level in an analytical degree subject. Excellent A-levels, ideally including Maths. First-rate problem-solving skills. Logical, well-organised, and practical. Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly. The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others. Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts Customer-focused with an ability to build professional relationships. Strong communication skills are essential. Interest in technology and eager to embark on a career within the software industry.
