As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Customer Services&Supply Chain (CS&SC) Planning Director to join our team. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between our CS&SC teams and the broader business unit, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment. If you are passionate about optimising operations and delivering exceptional results, this is the opportunity for you.  Reporting into the Vice President, CS&SC for GB, as the Supply Chain Planning Director, you will play a critical role in connecting our CS&SC teams with the rest of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Sales&Operations Execution and Sales&Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring that all business functions are aligned on a single plan. By highlighting and managing risks and opportunities, you will drive the delivery of business and customer expectations.  You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the supply chain, including Demand Planning, Finished Goods Supply Planning, Deployment, Production Scheduling, and Materials Call Off. You will collaborate closely with the global Planning organisation, with experts in Demand and Supply Centres of Excellence, Mid Term Finished Goods, and Mid Term Materials Supply Planning.   Strategy: You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our operations. You will create a compelling vision that aligns with the broader CS&SC and company strategy. Your active participation in the CS&SC Leadership team and the wider CCEP Planning Community will drive continuous performance improvement. You will also contribute to the long-range planning and infrastructure investment strategy, ensuring that our plans are robust and forward-thinking.  Operational Responsibilities: Your role will encompass overseeing the overall performance of the supply chain to meet current and future customer demand. You will be responsible for creating the Company Demand Plan and developing supply strategies that meet customer service targets while managing cost performance. You will ensure that the Supply Plan outputs align with the needs of the business unit, setting the stage for successful service and cost objectives. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing Freight&Delivery budgets and optimising network setup and stock moves.  Continuous Improvement / Functional Excellence: A growth mindset will be essential in this role. You will define and deliver plans to continuously improve performance metrics, fostering a culture of results-driven excellence. By promoting team development and cross-functional cooperation, you will empower your team to achieve operational routines that deliver exceptional service and cost performance. You will lead the team through a transformational agenda, embedding changes from the Customer Demand&Supply Planning program and supporting the successful delivery of significant initiatives.  People Leadership: As a senior leader in the GB Business, you will play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring both your own team and the wider GB team. By providing a clear vision, direction, coaching, and support, you will enable your team to achieve their objectives and optimise their performance. Your role will also involve modelling the behaviours and performance required to achieve our country's objectives.
