Job Title: Gas Safe Plumber Location: North London Salary:£45,000-£47,000 w/ Van and Fuel Card Job Type: Permanent Daniel Owen are currently working with a successful Building Services company who are seeking a Gas Safe Plumber to work in North London. The work will be predominantly Plumbing with occasional Gas Engineer works involved. Hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday Gas Safe Plumber Responsibilities: To carry out predominantly plumbing works within social housing environments Carrying out installations, servicing&repairs on all plumbing and heating systems as required Occasional gas works - servicing, testing, repairs etc. Bathroom refurbishments General Plumbing and Heating worksGas Safe Plumber Requirements: Gas Safe Registered CSCS Card. NVQ level 2 qualifications. 5 years minimum experience. Boiler breakdown knowledge Proven experience as a plumber Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools. Have a full clean driving license A valid commercial driving license is advantageous for transporting equipment to job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
