Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers.Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the facility management space. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
