Candidates with prior hands-on experience in construction, particularly in fit-out or refurbishment projects, are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations for a high-quality fit-out project. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met. * Handle paperwork, permits, and compliance documentation to ensure smooth operations. * Supervise site activities to meet project deadlines while maintaining strict health and safety standards. * Utilise programming skills for scheduling, workflow management, and reporting. * Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team. Project Type: The project involves the fit-out of a high-end space, requiring strong organisational, technical, and managerial capabilities. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, standard site management hours. Mandatory Qualifications and Certifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * CSCS Managers Card * First Aid at Work Certificate * Asbestos Awareness Certification Experience: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects. * Prior hands-on experience in construction, particularly in a practical trade, is highly desirable. * Strong programming skills are essential for managing workflows and reporting.
