Finance Assistant- Creative Media 25,000 Bonus Bens Central London - 3 days onsite A highly entrepreneurial creative media company is seeking a recent school leaver to join them as a Finance Assistant. Full training will be provided, but any prior knowledge or experience in a finance function would be highly beneficial. In this role, you will gradually become the go-to person for all aspects of transactional finance, with the opportunity to progress within the business while completing your AAT qualification. Candidates must be available to start on short notice and be willing to work in the office three days a week. Duties Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy Match invoices with purchase orders& obtain approvals Support weekly/monthly payment runs Reconcile supplier statements& investigate discrepancies Raise& send sales invoices to customers Track payments& follow up on overdue balances Allocate payments to the correct accounts Enter data accurately into finance systems Assist with bank reconciliations Manage filing, document organisation& finance admin If you're looking to start a career in finance, this could be the perfect opportunity.
