Static Fabric/Maintenance Engineer (opportunity to develop skills and career progression)£33k basic plus overtime, training and development My client are an established and stable Building Engineering and Energy specialist with a superb reputation and excellent staff retention rates, due to long term commercial project wins they are looking for a Static Maintenance Engineer to join their specialist Building Engineering team. Responsibilities: Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC) Legionella Testing Basic plant and equipment maintenance such as ahu's, fcu's and experience of working in plant rooms. Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture Emergency light tests and basic electrics Requirements: Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer Fabric or Plumbing/Mechanical qualified - Plumbing, Carpentry ( C&G, NVQ ) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skills Client Facing Immediately available or able to start at short notice This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an established and professional company who can offer long term career development, a fast paced and enjoyable environment within a team.
