Executive Assistant to the Research Director // London //£44,000 + Excellent benefits // Hybrid // My client, a globally recognised charitable organisation looking for an experienced EA to support the Research Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the team from managing schedules to coordinating with external partners, your expertise will enhance efficiency and collaboration across the organisation. Role and Responsibilities: Executive Support: Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations. Meeting Preparation: Organise, attend, and produce action-oriented minutes for internal and external meetings. Diary Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal time management. Travel&Expense Management: Arrange travel and process invoices and expenses. Office Management: Oversee office supplies and logistics, including onboarding new team members. Team Collaboration: Work with other administrators to provide coverage and support during high-demand periods.
