The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support students with their learning and maintain high expectations. Work across a range of subjects, providing cover where needed. Assist with administrative tasks and support staff as required. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or school experience). Strong communication and classroom management skills.
