We are working closely with our prestigious client to further expand their increasingly growing corporation tax team focusing on international corporates. Benefits Hybrid working Competitive pension plan Generous holiday package Private medical insurance Life assurance Responsibilities and Duties As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and understanding how to tackle tax issues related to their needs as well as managing a client portfolio and ensuring firms' compliance is upkept. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering compliance pieces Providing tax planning to clients and assisting senior managers, directors and partners to deliver this Supporting tax audits of large international corporates Developing the wider team through the involvement of training, technical education, and soft skill developments Requirements Candidates will need to be fully CTA or ACA qualified with significant experience in UK and International corporate tax working on complex transactions.
