Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: City of London
Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance or Company Car + Benefits
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Manager to join our team, overseeing the a large scale social housing refurbishment contract in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a range of high-profile projects, including repairs, maintenance, internal and external refurbishments, kitchens/bathrooms, and planned works, as part of long-term partnerships with the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* KPI Management: Track and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget goals.
* Profitability: Drive profitability for the contract, including pricing management and delivering additional works.
* Client&Tenant Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
* Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the contract, ensuring cost control and profit margin targets are met.
* Process&Customer Management: Ensure compliance with processes, regulations, and customer service excellence.
* Quality Control: Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the social housing and planned maintenance sectors.
* Leadership: Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive teams to meet project objectives.
* Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of contract financials, with experience in managing costs and maximizing profitability.
* Customer Focused: Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to both clients and tenants.
* Process Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes effectively to meet project deadlines.
* Schedule of Rates: Experience with schedule of rates is highly desirable.
* Motivation&Drive: A highly motivated, ambitious individual focused on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
