Channel Sales Partner Manager - Reading / London / Hybrid 18 month fixed term contract, based on a salary of 82,000 including benefits / Hybrid working, but Reading or London based with some client visits (London) Core details: Enterprise size organisation with partner relationships around AI, Azure and Application Dev tech stack. Public facing role, with Channel Sales grounding, someone confident with strong communication skills. Position will work with customers / partners to enable them to drive business and achieve KPI’s. Operationally strong - run reports, check KPI’s, able to automate Operations using copilot or the ability to learn this. Someone who can support business plans and priorities convert them into action. Strong business collaborator. Channel Sales Partner Manager role overview: Working within the Global Partner Solutions team, which is a sales organisation accountable for the commercial partner business for a large technical corporation - the mission is to build and sell their cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. Asa Channel Sales Partner Manager: They are looking for an individual who brings their work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion for the customer to foster growth and change within their partner ecosystem. You will leverage your challenger mindset, sales management skills, analytical and data handling abilities, and best in class interpersonal abilities to enable us to best support our partners. This opportunity will give you an end to end view of the core business, supporting partners that cover all customer segments and Solution Areas. You will also build relationships with key stakeholders within our partner, helping them to unlock the benefits of their partnership. TYPICAL DAY IN THE ROLE of the Channel Sales Partner Manager: Regular internation with external stakeholders - Alliance Leads and Sales Managers from manager partner organisations. Partner performance and Impact You willbe responsible for improving the insights around partner performance. You will utilise internal reporting to create benchmarking, identify actionable insights and empowering us to report on performance against KPIs. You will embrace AI technology (Copilot, Agents) to streamline processes, freeing up time for our team to support partners on strategic initiatives. Partner development and growth You will collaborate closely with our Partner Development Managers and their v-teams to develop partner business plans with the organisations goals and objectives, for managed partners to grow their business. You will work with key stakeholders within our partners (alliance teams and sales leadership), providing insights that will identify opportunities and risks to inform their go to market and co-sell execution tactics. You will facilitate collaboration between partner and their internal sales teams to overcome obstacles, compete, and create proposals to meet consumption and revenue targets. with the partner organization to accelerate performance and execution. You will support Channel Leadership Team in preparing for business reviews, team meetings and projects. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS forthe Channel Sales Partner Manager: Ability to work in ambiguity, you must be proactive and work on your own initiative to drive impact. Strong analytic/excel/PowerBI skills, must be able to read and interpret data. Experience with Copilot and Agents a plus, but ability to learn this is a must. Experience communicating with proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and an ability to deliver business and technical topics with clarity and accuracy to internal and external stakeholders across all seniorities. Experience of working in a technology company, with knowledge of Microsoft product set preferred. Experience working with services or scale partners to show an understanding of how Scale and Services partners operate. Experience of Microsoft tools and systems a plus. Experience communicating with proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and an ability to deliver business and technical topics with clarity and accuracy to internal and external stakeholders across all seniorities. Must be proactive and work on own initiative.
