Carpenter / Multi-Trader (Repairs&Maintenance in Social Housing) Location: North/North West London Salary:£20 per hour Benefits: Van, Fuel Card, and PDA Provided We are looking for a skilled Carpenter-based Multi-Trader to join our team and carry out essential repairs and maintenance work within social housing across North/North West London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and providing excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties. Work across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrical work, plastering, and general repairs. Ensure all repairs and installations meet health and safety regulations and are of a high standard. Respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner. Complete necessary documentation using a PDA and maintain accurate records. Represent the company professionally when interacting with tenants and clients.Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter with multi-trade skills. Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Full UK driving license (van and fuel card provided). Proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work. Ideally, experience working in social housing or domestic environments.Benefits: £20 per hour. Van, fuel card, and PDA provided for the role.
