This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and maintain high-end bespoke commercial office spaces across prestigious sites. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and electrical works on various high-end office spaces ranging from 800-2,000 sq ft. * Provide top-quality service for private offices, custom office environments, and high-profile corporate sites. * Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and building services equipment. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safetyand health regulations. About You: * Electrical Bias: You must have a solid background in electrical systems and maintenance. * Qualifications: City&Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. * Experience: Previous experience in building services maintenance, ideally in commercial office environments. * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
