My client is one of the most recognised digital energy companies in the world and offers numerous opportunities for career progression.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality service, ensuring optimal system performance. Work closely with customers to identify and resolve operational issues. Recognise energy-saving opportunities and suggest enhancements beneficial to both parties. Assist Operations Managers and Sales Teams with larger projects and opportunities. Skills&Attributes: Electrical background with experience in BMS. Hands-on experience with at least one BMS system. Previous experience in a Field Service role, managing customer relationships. Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
