An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to join a well-established, very successful contractor in the London region. The role is a hybrid position so will consist of working form the office and attending site to ensure work is carried out to specific deadlines and also quote for new works and generate sales leads. Duties of the role include: Managing all air conditioning installations across a range of commercial sites. Managing a team of engineers and sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out on time and in line with project drawings. To manage the client service and be able to quote additional works. To be accountable for the financial performance of the contracts. Quote for new works when required. To develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the client To work with the operational and support teams to ensure all completion times are adhered to and met. To manage subcontractors and negotiate rates. To drive the profitability of the contract and manage the P+L. Generate sales and cost saving initiatives as appropriate. To regularly meet with the client to further understand their organisation and requirements.The Applicant: The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience: Technical background Essential in Air Conditioning. Engineering management experience.
