They bring clients access to the trends, companies and people shaping the future and the customized advice and support businesses need to engage external innovation About the role of Account Manager Joining a small but ambitious and successful account management team based in the heart of Central London, you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the renewal cycle managing relationships with around 30 mid sized accounts across EMEA including: Major Energy providers, Utilities companies, Corporates, Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms and Venture Capitalists. Upgrading single user subscriptions to multiuser subscriptions Providing proactive and consultative client support ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within your existing client base Be the 1st point of contact for any training requirements or customer issues Hunting for new business within existing clients and look to cross sell / up sell additional subscription data licenses to existing accounts Achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets Negotiating renewal subscriptions with existing clients whilst always looking to grow your existing book of business About You Proven track record in Account Management (min. 2 years) with experience of the full account management process from renewals to driving new business growth Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets Track record in Subscription based Sales / Data, SAAS or FinTech along with Consulting or Research is preferred and we would also consider Customer Success candidates seeking more commercial responsibilities Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent face to face presentation skills and experience Apply now for this Account Manager role.
