This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow all health and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve issues and improve processes. Record production data and report any irregularities to supervisors.Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or machine-operating role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work across rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).
