The Role This is a Hybrid working role, based in our Leeds Office working a minimum 2 days in the office. Key duties will include: Create daily Bank Report, ensuring all financial transactions for the day are accurately reported and reconciled Adhere to process flows to ensure all the systems, products, and cross-department operations workflows runs smoothly. Ensure that all transactions match between multiple systems. Cross-check records between systems to ensure accuracy, Investigate any discrepancies immediately and correct them Daily reconciliations between website sale (CRM) against data base, and Payment gateway in multiple currencies Daily execution of control checks to prevent account issues and enable discrepancy correction. Oversee the accurate allocation of income and corporate receipts, ensuring thorough reconciliation of accounts. Manage international payment processing across multiple currencies on a rotating basis,  ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Handle chargeback and indemnity processes, ensuring that entries are accurately recorded. Collaborate with acquiring partners to dispute claims, provide supporting evidence, and update customer profiles as necessary. Lead fraud investigations to identify suspicious trends, resolving escalated issues. Oversee the management of revenue collection processes and maintain error logs to ensure tracking and resolution of discrepancies. Complete collection management reports daily, rotating between different tasks to ensure comprehensive reporting Address and resolve departmental queries within a 3-day working day SLA, ensuring timely and efficient responses. Prepare and distribute reports or member information as requested,ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage debt collection processes, including collaborating with third-party debt collection agencies to ensure effective recovery of outstanding debts. To attend exploratory calls and support project work to implementation, raise improvements and oversee UATAble to research and interpret Rules and Regulation To create and maintain task procedures up to date Collaborate and / or lead project work including improvements and UAT   The Person Ability to work to deadlines Ability to demonstrate accuracy, time management, organisational and Investigative skills Great Team player that can positively challenge to bring out the best in others Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success Has strong communication skills and ability to manage numerous tasks whilst remaining calm Microsoft office literate, and Excel competent – must.
