A highly reputable and full-service law firm has an opening for a claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their respected team in Leeds City Centre This award-winning firm prides itself on the high standards of legal services it provides to a varied and loyal client base If you are local to Leeds have some experience handling clinical negligence matters and are keen to further your learning with a brilliant team then this may the role for you The Clinical Negligence Department is looking for a candidate with around 1 to 4 years& x2019 worth of experience The role With support from an expert Partner and other experienced Solicitors you will manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence files from taking new instructions through to trial or settlement This team pride themselves on their excellent client care and so you will be expected to build and maintain quality relationships with clients and colleagues to align with the firm& x2019 s service ethos The ideal candidate You will ideally have solid experience running your own varied caseload of and or supporting others with high-value clinical negligence matters The successful applicant will also have a working knowledge of the CPR issuing claims litigating cases and CFA cases The firm is looking for a driven individual who will steer the way for their own career progression You will be a confident communicator organised and able to work with minimal supervision The firm has a truly f
