You’ll take the lead on managing key accounts, overseeing contracts with high-energy consumption clients, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and renew key accounts with energy usage above 30GWh, covering electricity and gas clients. Oversee the tendering process from enquiry to deal acceptance, ensuring bids are handled efficiently and professionally. Develop pricing strategies and collaborate with Trading Desk teams to structure competitive, tailored proposals for key accounts. Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and introduce innovative products and solutions. Achieve revenue and market share targets through retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Stay ahead of market trends and industry changes, positioning yourself as a trusted expert for clients. Maintain and implement comprehensive key account plans for long-term client relationships. Present regular performance and growth reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. About You: Experience in sales or account management (must be at least 18 months experience). Experience working in the energy sector is preferable. Numerate with good analytical skills.
