Responsibilities Meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact when they arrive. Answering all inbound calls that come through and redirecting these to the correct department. Booking meeting rooms for clients, using the booking system efficiently and managing it appropriately. Organising passes for staff and visitors when they arrive, ensuring the appropriate groups are notified. Forwarding all correspondence, including emails, messages, and post, to the correct individual within an appropriate timeframe. Ordering and organising office supplies, including stationery, ensuring this is ordered when required. Communicating with clients, visitors, and colleagues clearly and professionally always. Organising and managing the delivery of refreshments and items for business lunches when required. Completing any ad-hoc tasks as needed to maintain the smooth running of front-of-house. Requirements Experience in a customer-facing role Strong teamwork skills Confidence in dealing with guests. Strong organisational skills Ability to multitask.
