Role Overview: As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop your skills in configuring, customising, and supporting Dynamics 365 and AI applications. You’ll work closely with key team members, gaining practical experience in a real-world business environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start their career in the Dynamic 365 field of CRM and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions. * Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Finance. * Introduce Artificial Intelligence into the company profile * Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user support. * Learn about data migration, integration, and reporting within Dynamics 365. * Contribute to documentation and training materials. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics365. Qualifications: * A strong interest in technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT. * Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English. * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
