An experienced International Sales& Processes Associate is needed to join the team at this established share transfer and probate services company based in Horsham on a full-time permanent basis. They are excited to be recruiting for a detail-oriented professional responsible for dealing with the sale and transfer of international shareholdings, medallion guarantee stamps, and other probate services provided by this specialist company. This company is a respected specialist in share transfer services, helping clients navigate the complex world of international shareholdings and probate matters. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing sales and transfer forms for international shareholdings Creating letters of authority and foreign forms required for service completion Chasing updates and keeping clients fully informed on timeframes and case status Responding to all client communications in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate quotations for services and invoicing using Sage Assisting with training new team members and providing procedural documentatioServing as a medallion stamp provider for international transfers Valuing shares accurately to support client transactions Developing concise procedural maps for easy reference and training purposes Reviewing and streamlining procedures to enable faster, better service to clients Cross-training to enable continuity and comprehensive knowledge across the team Working independently while maintaining excellent team communication Requirements: Education/Qualifications: A Level education or equivalent Experience: Process knowledge in a financial or administrative environment Skills/Knowledge: Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational skills Proactive approach to work Proficiency with Windows 365 Team player mentality Experience with Dynamics CRM (desirable) Aptitudes/Attributes: Excellent communication skills Analytical mindset Ability to enhance and improve business processes Customer service excellence Benefits: Competitive salary plus commission structure Comprehensive training in international share transfers and probate services Opportunity to develop expertise in a specialised financial field Career progression opportunities within an established company Collaborative working environment Development of valuable skills in financial documentation and processes Sounds interesting?
