In this role, you'll be responsible for testing, repairing, and overhauling various hydraulic aviation components ensuring all quality and safety standards are maintained. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Component Maintenance: Test, repair, and overhaul hydraulic components following original manufacturer manuals and instructions. Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality standards and procedures are consistently observed and maintained. Safety Compliance: Establish and maintain a legally compliant and safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare workshop reports and material reviews, enabling the purchasing and commercial departments to create accurate customer estimates. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to new capability development and research cost-saving measures and improved turn-around times. Risk Management: Undertake risk assessments and ensure safety requirements are met. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and strive to meet or exceed them consistently.
