If you have a good track record in team leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment, look no further Your main responsibilities: As a Team Leader in the Interpreting Department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and teamwork. You’ll be handling face-to-face bookings, telephone, and video interpreting requests. Key responsibilities include * Guiding the team to achieve set targets. * Overseeing day-to-day workload, managing non-attendance, engaging with new clients, and monitoring the Interpreting Inbox * Monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance to the Line Manager. * Making sure the team follows client procedures and updating them as needed. * Providing data to the Line Manager for reports, including Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs). * Identifying training needs within the team and letting the Line Manager know. * Creating a positive work environment by listening to team members’ feedback. Skills and Qualifications required * Relevant experience in team leadership or a similar role. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive problem-solving abilities. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
