We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Service Support Assistant who is committed in providing efficient administrative support for the West Locality Team (Adults). The post holder will predominately provide administrative support to a large team of social care staff, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information. Daily duties include speaking with customers and providers both over the telephone and in person, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential. Managing a team inbox and providing minuting support for professional meetings, previous experience of minute taking is desirable.
