Closing date:03 March 2025 Unified Communications Senior ICT Officer, Grade 8 + Shift Allowance IT NETWORKS /CISCO/ CCNA/VOIP/ NETWORKS/ AZURE NETWORKING/ SWITCHES/ ROUTERS/ MOBILE PHONES ICT& Digital is recruiting a Senior ICT Officer to join a busy and dedicated team at our data centre at Maritime Buildings on a Fixed Term 2 year Contract. As an ICT officer you will be working in a dedicated ICT Networks team with responsibility for operating and supporting a large Cisco& Azure network including a substantial mobile phone estate. You’ll need a keen interest in taking your ICT networking skills to the next level and be able to demonstrate a customer focused attitude. Experience with any the following technologies is essential: Cisco network hardware including routers/switches/wifi, MS Azure, Web Filtering, Antivirus software, Android Mobile phones, Microsoft Intune, MS Teams. You’ll be required to work an alternate two-shift pattern (shift one - 6.45am to 15.15pm and shift two - 14.30pm to 22.45pm) Monday to Friday providing an appropriate shift allowance.
