Closing date:02 February 2025 An opportunity has become available within the End User Services in ICT as Senior Officer– End User Services (Grade 8) You will need to work closely within a team to ensure the stable and efficient operation of system and desktop applications (including PC’s, laptops, tablets and peripherals). Responsible for support, maintenance, deployment, patching and upgrades via SCCM, Intune etc. and all operational activity to ensure resilience and optimal performance and security of all systems and applications within the remit of End User software and desktop estate.  Producing support documentation, procedures, guides etc. for colleagues and users and maintaining the CMDB database. This includes providing 2ndand 3rdline support remotely and onsite support when required to the required SLA’s. Expert knowledge on operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Microsoft applications (O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.), corporate applications and End User devices is required.
