Questech Recruitment are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at one of our well know manufacturing clients in Hull. The Role To provide the required technical support to the site to ensure maximum utilisation of plant, systems and machinery whilst maintaining the company standards of quality, productivity, environment and health&safety areas. Main Duties&Responsibilities * Maintain the engineering capability of the plant in line with the needs of the business. * To monitor and maintain the planned maintenance system. * To highlight to the appropriate personnel any potentially serious breakdown situations. * To ensure effective crew handovers. * To ensure effective communication with all relevant departments. * To ensure engineering compliance with Company, site and statutory health and safety policies, procedures and regulations. * Contribute to the upgrade, service and installation of all new and existing equipment. * To maintain an adequate supply of essential spares. * To support the promotion and maintenance of the team working philosophy. * To assist with/arrange the maintenance of site services as appropriate. Salary Depending on experience£40,000 to £50,000 Hours of work: 4 on 4 off (4 days 4 off 4 nights 4 off) 7 till 7 Main Accountabilities In proportion to job responsibilities: * To ensure knowledge of and compliance with all food safety&quality policies and procedures. * To ensure knowledge of and compliance with all health&safety policies and procedures. * To assist with the training and development of others. * To ensure effective communication. * To ensure knowledge of and compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
