Closing date:17 January 2025 These posts are fixed term for 6 months The mobile role requires you to be able to drive Council vehicles specific to the section so you will require a current full car driver’s licence You will be based within a City Centre Public Services Control Room. You will form part of multi-skilled team whose duties include CCTV monitoring and mobile response to alarm monitoring activations as a key-holder, Call centre operations, Emergency 1stresponder and an Emergency planning communication and response function. Your working hours will mainly be in 12 hour rotating shift patterns covering Monday to Sunday, nights, weekends and public holidays We ask that you have relevant security and team working experience a good awareness/knowledge of the operations of a public service control room; CCTV, relevant legal and statutory requirements, partnership working, a good level of communication skills in telephone and radio operation.
