Closing date:19 January 2025 A new vacancy has arisen in the Procurement Team for a Frameworks and Senior Category Officer. The role is Fixed Term, 12 month contract. The post holder will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders  to ensure the Council maximise value for money in all procurement and tender activity. This is done whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement  legislation and the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules. You will need to have in-depth experience of working in a Procurement environment and be familiar with competitive procurement and tendering processes.  You will work with the Procurement Category Manager and stakeholders to identify their procurement needs and advise on the most effective and appropriate procurement routes.
