Closing date:03 February 2025 This post requires an assistant cook to lead, manage and develop the catering service provision to the customers served by the Council’s Catering Department based at Cecil Gardens Housing Complex. Effective management and craft skills are essential in this position. Also, you must possess ability to create menus, produce nutritional data showing compliance with food standards for the Caroline Walker Trust standards for adults and be up to date with current trends in the commercial catering with ability and skill to research, develop and produce new dishes.  You must be flexible and be able to work to a rota which may include weekends and bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
