The Opportunity - As a Human Resources Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive and proactive commercially-focused HR advice to our business managers and leaders across Gattaca. You’ll be tasked with support colleagues, with employee relations advice around performance and wellbeing, supported by information and data. You’ll be an effective transactional HR support, working alongside a team of like-minded HR practitioners to embed an inclusive and high performance culture,in a fast paced Sales culture. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is able to work to tight deadlines. We would like someone who will take a ‘continual improvement’ approach to work, actively working in partnership with our people, contributing to the evolvingand ever-changing nature of our business as we continue to grow. The HR Advisor will build strong relationships with business leaders, and colleagues, being perceived as an extension to those teams you’re supporting. The HR Advisor role will work very closely with the wider People team to ensurea collaborative approach which leads to delivering a high performing culture across Gattaca. What you will gain?
