Housing Surveyor - Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Based in Bedfordshire Permanent, Full-Time Salary:£40-49k We are working with a leading local authority to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Housing Surveyor to join their team in Bedfordshire, working on social housing repairs, voids and planned maintenance. As the Housing Surveyor, you will be working alongside the senior building surveyors, supporting them in managing their property portfolios and transactions. You will be responsible for managing technical and complex projects from start to finish, providing a highly professional competent service, with experience and exemplary customer service. The client is looking for a self-motivated, professional individual with specialist skills including building surveying, project management and budgetary control, who is able to communicate and influence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
